TARGEE WILLIAMS
Chairman of the Board
Targee spent 25 years with the Ogden City Fire Department until his retirement in 2021. He shared similar passions as Amy in training and furthering the knowledge and education of the industry and continues this work as a Water and Rope Rescue Instructor and a member of the Armstrong Foundation Board.

BRAD MILLER
Board Member
Brad retired from Ogden City Fire Department after 30 years of service. He assisted in the establishment of the Amy Armstrong Foundation and has served on the board since its creation in 1998. Brad was Amy’s first partner at Ogden City Fire Department, and they became close friends both at and away from the station.

COLLEEN ARMSTRONG
Board Member
Colleen is a retired nurse. She worked over 45 years for Intermountain Healthcare. Colleen is enjoying retirement. She is traveling, playing pickleball, biking, and doing Pilates with friends and family. Colleen is especially enjoying spending time with her grandchildren.

ASHLEY PHILLIPS
Board Member
Ashley is a current member of Ogden City Fire Department, where he has worked for over 20 years. He has served Ogden City as an EMT, Paramedic, Captain, and Deputy Chief. He currently serves as the Medical Deputy Chief for Ogden City Fire Department. Over his years at Ogden City Fire Department he has witnessed the positive effects and career progression due to the benefit of the Amy Armstrong Foundation in his co-workers.

MAKAYLA GUBLER
Board Member
Makayla is a current firefighter with Ogden City Fire Department, where she has worked for the past 4 years. She has worked with the new firefighters, Boots N Bunker, and on the HazMat team. She is currently a Firefighter/Paramedic. She is constantly searching for learning opportunities and values training and education.
